We desire to lease our horse related facilities to someone willing to use them as boarding/training and or teaching facility, while keeping them up and clean. No stallion/mare/foal programs, please

Included is the use of

- 100 x 80 covered arena with sand ground cover (3 sides are open, one is closed)
- with 60' Priefert heavy duty horse round pen, 2 gates, 6' high
- 200 x 300 outdoor arena
- 60" outdoor round pen
- several acres divided in multiple pastures and corrals
- additional 7 acre pasture across the Hwy accessible for the horses by tunnel
- one with 10' x 30' three sided shelter, which is dividable in 3 stalls with run-ins.
- log cabin style tack room
- use of on site bathroom
- electric outlets and water hydrants everywhere
- level parking, blacktop driveway
- endless miles of National Forest trails to ride on
- adjacent to Hwy 385, and the Mickelson Trail

We have next to several other land parcels, an 8 acre piece on the South side of our paved driveway for sale by owner, with 3 house hookups, bordering National Forest, including a pond and trees. About 6 acres of it is fenced for horses with another portable 10' x 30' run-in heavy duty metal shelter. 3-Phase Power, phone and DSL lines in place.

We live on site, still owning 6 Spanish Mustang geldings, but have also more land available for ours. We are busy folks and have no intention to interfere unless we see obvious abuse or neglect of place, facilities, people and/or animals.

Machinery to load, unload or move hay, panels and other rmaterial is on site.

Lease $1500/per month plus insurance.
